We are looking for an

Escrow Officer

responsible for the specific duties listed below.


Your specific duties will include:
Creating and delivering closing settlement packages to agents, buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders.
Disbursing escrow funds accurately and completing administrative tasks such as reporting.

Make sure to review all paperwork including title commitments, purchase and sale agreements, and lender instructions to prepare for closing.

Monitoring progress in compliance with all terms and conditions of purchase contracts.
Interacting and coordinating with industry contacts such as realtors, loan officers, underwriters, brokers, buyers, and sellers.

Specific qualifications for the position include :
Licensed Escrow Officer.
Exceptional customer service experience.
Strong knowledge of the escrow process, title process, regulatory guidelines, and company

policies/procedures.
Understanding of mortgage loans, title commitments, title insurance, and real estate contracts.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
