- Wissota Health & Regional Vent Center, you will assist the Nurse Manager in working with employees, residents, family members, and other professionals to coordinate all aspects of providing person centered care.
- Supervise the day to day activities of assigned residents and employees Coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing services provided to each resident using clinical competence Review and audit compliance with the resident's plan of care and changing needs Ensure appropriate staffing patterns are in place Evaluate employee duties and needs Hold employees accountable for following policies and procedures Provide a safe, comfortable, home-like environment for residents On-call rotation every six weeks Other duties as assigned
- Current licensure in the state of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse Degree from an accredited school of nursing Previous experience in related field Ability to prioritize duties in a constantly changing environment Effective management skills Customer service oriented with residents, employees, families, and other agencies Good problem solving skills Excellent time management skills Ability to accept and give directions Work well in a team environment Have a desire to make a difference in people's lives
