Support individuals in achieving greater independence and fulfillment by helping with daily living skills, emotional well-being, and community involvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients with daily activities such as grocery shopping, errands, hygiene, and medication administration
  • Assist with mobility needs, including two-person transfers and use of a Hoyer lift
