The Org Management team primarily focuses on building these capabilities.

This includes products and features like Headcount Planning, Comp Bands, Org Charts, Levels, Departments, and Teams as well as connecting these products and features to other products within Rippling.

This engineering leadership role will be responsible for building the product and team that strengthens the foundation of our Enterprise strategy.

This team will be responsible for managing a combination of both directly user-facing products as well as interfaces for other engineering teams.

There are challenges for the team that range from building for usability to scaling for massive growth and a wide array of engineering requirements.

Provide technical leadership and vision in a widely scoped engineering team.
Work cross-functionally with product and engineering leadership to drive said vision.
Drive company-wide engineering initiatives and process changes.
Drive the development of the product and platform in a fast-paced environment.
8+ years of engineering or engineering management experience
Expertise in building complex distributed services
Proven track record of taking initiative and leading projects
