- Designs and defines Cloud Solutions architecture for new or existing Cloud systems services.
- Provides business strategy, solution development and technical guidance to develop business and market solutions that align with cloud service offerings from the cloud service provider.
- Serve as technical advisor to large Contract, supporting customers and solving complex Cloud Infrastructure and technical challenges.
- Create and deliver best practices recommendations, tutorials, and technical presentations adapting to different levels of key business and technical stakeholders.
- Provide highly technical implementation support in customer environments, including guidance on implementation feasibility of cross-product integrations.

GDIT is seeking a Cloud Architect Technical Lead to join our team to
ensure program delivery is on schedule with technical delivery of a large Cloud Services government contract. This is a full-time remote position.

REQUIRED:
15 years of experience
5 years of experience in engineering or cloud.
3 years of experience as an engineer or engineering manager.
Experience with scalable networking technologies (such as Load Balancers, Firewalls) and web standards (such as REST APIs, web security mechanisms).
Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable cloud-based solution architectures.
Experience working with and managing external partners/customers.
Understanding of open source server software
