    Are you an ambitious RN looking to have a positive influence? As a Registered Nurse in the Neuro PCU unit, you'll work with the Neurology/Neuro-Surgery population. Our team provides top care for Tucson's stroke & seizure patients. Certified and trained staff ready to offer excellent care. Join us at the leading Comprehensive Stroke Center and the only Level 4 Arizona Comprehensive Epilepsy Program in Southern Arizona. Become an expert RN in Neurology with us!

    We have night positions available, scheduled from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week. Join our Nursing Clinical Ladder Program, enjoy night shift differentials, and weekend shift differentials.

    POSITION SUMMARY
    Assessment, planning, and delivery of nursing care to patients as per organizational standards and professional nursing practice.

    • Assess patient needs comprehensively
    • Create individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and families
    • Implement and supervise patient care activities
    • Evaluate patient response and update care plans
    • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care
    • Practice evidence-based care and contribute to research activities
    • Participate in unit leadership and educational activities
    • Contribute to improving national nursing quality indicators
    • In certain roles, supervise department staff and workflow

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    Current RN license, BLS certification, and relevant experience required.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred.
