    The Technology Department at Dimensional leverages the rapidly evolving state of the art to engineer the platforms that power the innovative, research-driven financial and technical products to improve our client's financial lives. As a member of the Technology team, you will have the opportunity to play a foundational role in team implementation and to collaborate closely with the business leaders to understand, guide, articulate and validate the development activities necessary to achieve the team's vision.     What you might work on:

    In this role, you will be a key player in the Sales Technology team where you will focus on delivering high quality technology solutions to support Dimensional's global Sales and Revenue Management teams. You will partner with stakeholders across technology and various departments to perform the following:
    • Develop and drive the product service roadmap for the Sales Insights, Revenue Management, and Sales and Client Reporting functions
    • Influence and drive complex conversations with executives and senior leaders
    • Work with the business to understand current business and customer processes and look for opportunities to leverage technology solutions and increase automation and drive scale
    • Serve as technology thought leader, identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes to gain efficiency and scalability
    • Development and management of product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans
    • Work closely with software engineers to clarify requirements and confirm solutions, ensuring delivery of high-quality software releases
    • Support users after release, identifying any issues and appropriate resolutions
    • Collaborate with others through roadmap and sprint planning to define priorities with the teams
    • Fulfill the role of the technology product owner in the agile software development process and participate in the continuous improvement of the teams you work with
    • Support the business with test planning and execution of User Acceptance testing (UAT)
    • Provide service operations support where needed
    • Participate in and coordinate project activities within cross-functional teams
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams across the organization as well as external vendors to deliver solutions
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or comparable work experience
    • 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager performing the following duties:
    • Requirements elicitation, user story development, and/or use case analysis
    • Vendor product assessment and buy vs. build analysis
    • Project prioritization and cost/benefit analysis
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong relationship building, facilitation, and communication skills. Able to communicate complex concepts to various audiences helping them to understand the benefits and recommended course of action.
    • Demonstrated ability working with large scale business problems and collaborating with others to define effective solutions
    • Experience working in an agile environment, developing epics, stories, backlog management and solution delivery
    Preferred Competencies:
    • 3+ years in a software engineering role
    • MBA preferred
    • Financial services industry experience is a plus
    • Understanding of Finance and Accounting concepts
    • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or PMI-ACP certification
    • Experience querying databases (SQL, etc.) to understand data relationships and solve data related issues
    • Experience working with large data sets, processes and structures for reporting and analytics
    • Prior experience working with data marts and using data visualization tools
    • Understanding of CRM platforms
    • Understanding of project management concepts
    • Experience with SAFe; preferably as an Agile Product Manager within SAFe
