- Support users after release, identifying any issues and appropriate resolutions

- Fulfill the role of the technology product owner in the agile software development process and participate in the continuous improvement of the teams you work with
- Support the business with test planning and execution of User Acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide service operations support where needed
- Participate in and coordinate project activities within cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with cross functional teams across the organization as well as external vendors to deliver solutions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or comparable work experience
- 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager performing the following duties:
- Requirements elicitation, user story development, and/or use case analysis
- Vendor product assessment and buy vs. build analysis
- Project prioritization and cost/benefit analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship building, facilitation, and communication skills. Able to communicate complex concepts to various audiences helping them to understand the benefits and recommended course of action.
- Demonstrated ability working with large scale business problems and collaborating with others to define effective solutions
- Experience working in an agile environment, developing epics, stories, backlog management and solution delivery
- 3+ years in a software engineering role
- MBA preferred
- Financial services industry experience is a plus
- Understanding of Finance and Accounting concepts
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or PMI-ACP certification
- Experience querying databases (SQL, etc.) to understand data relationships and solve data related issues
- Experience working with large data sets, processes and structures for reporting and analytics
- Prior experience working with data marts and using data visualization tools
- Understanding of CRM platforms
- Understanding of project management concepts
- Experience with SAFe; preferably as an Agile Product Manager within SAFe
