Job summary
We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Director that will establish best practices, attract high-quality talent and reduce turnover.The Director of Compensation & Benefits is a strategic HR leader responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's compensation, benefits programs and HRIS.
This role ensures market competitiveness, internal equity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
The Director provides strategic guidance to senior leadership while overseeing the execution of compensation and benefits policies, programs, and processes across the organization.
