- Proficient in the use of power tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Must have previous construction employment that can be verified
- Ability to work outside for an entire shift (8 hours)
- Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week. Mon-Friday 7:30-4
- Ability to lift heavy tools, materials, etc.

- Be highly skilled in carpentry and woodwork
- Follow directions and guidance provided by the Foreman.
- Immediately notify your immediate supervisor of any safety concerns or issues you witness or foresee
- Work safely on a construction project to avoid harming oneself or others around them.

We strive to build some of the highest quality custom homes in Colorado's Douglas and Elbert counties. We're looking for employees dedicated to giving our homeowners the best home possible. There will be a 90-day probationary period (which may be shorter if decided by the employer) during which the employer will ascertain if the employee is a good fit for the employer. The employee should also consider whether the employer and work are a good fit for them.
During the probationary period, you will be paid at a rate of $35. At the end of the probationary period, if you are offered a permanent position, your hourly wage will either stay at $35 or, if you have shown greater skill, knowledge, etc., you may be offered a higher hourly wage.
