To meet the demands of our rapidly growing base of satisfied customers, BV Building Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician. We are a fast growing residential and commercial construction company that provides exceptional service to the greater Charlotte area. We specialize in maintenance, repair, and installations primarily in the single family home improvement, repair and remodel industry. Our team of highly skilled professionals work to maintain our reputation of quality customer service with integrity, precision and expertise.

Our ideal candidate is a qualified maintenance technician with at least five years of professional experience in various industries such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall/painting and general handyman responsibilities. Technicians working with us must be comfortable completing all aspects of assigned tasks, work independently and at the direction of the assigned project manager. *Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
*Ability to handle physical workload
*Deadline and detail-oriented
