The Integration Control Document (ICD) Lead is responsible for creating, authorizing and/or contributing, and leading the development of Integration Control Documents across the Keystone ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Define and document source and target systems integration purpose and triggers/events data payloads schemas field-level mappings transformations error handling retry logic security authentication authorization performance non-functional requirements etc.
- Facilitate integration design working sessions decision walkthroughs with project team Keystone SME resolve cross-system integration decisions escalate risks gaps as needed establish ICD standards templates version control ensure ICDs complete technically accurate consistent approved Sponsor Design Board prior build serve as design authority during implementation defect resolution support developers testing events include integrations system integration testing regression testing performance testing end-to-end testing coordination defect resolution facilitate cutover production integrations incident resolution Go-Live develop playbooks operational handoff documentation
