    $115,000 - $120,000 BOE

    This position is not building construction. But it's supervising construction activities. That includes materials receiving, supervising construction crews, coordination with other construction activities, interfacing with the General Contractor, and problem solving.

    • Responsible for on-site field supervision of equipment installation.
    • Gain full understanding of company responsibilities relating to cooler installations for Microsoft. Partner with customers and General Contractor to ensure excellent communication and service; go the extra mile to engage customers.
    • Attend all morning Stretch-and-Flex/Planning meetings and afternoon coordination meetings with the General Contractor.
    • Coordinate the tracking, shipping and receiving of company equipment and materials.
    • Participate in receiving and post-unloading inspection to ensure correct parts received without damage.
    • Ensure damage is properly assigned to causal party in Compass.
    • Ensure the security of company equipment and materials at build site and Industrial Builders. Maintain the company's high level of quality control.
    • Ensure all new or modified installation of equipment have been properly completed to achieve full functionality according to applicable industry standards, company standards, and customer specifications. (This includes inspection and startup per company IOM.)
    • Investigate and resolve Industrial Builders problems with company equipment installation. Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems with equipment, collaborate with appropriate parties to develop and implement corrective action.
    • Document problems and resolution in Compass.
    • Provides recommendations to inter-company departments on recurring equipment problems noted in the field to instigate corrective action in design, production, and/or service to eliminate future problems.
    • Work expeditiously with Industrial Builders to complete closeout/punch list items to Microsoft satisfaction.
    • Develops and maintains records of reports.
    • Responsible for submitting reports to the Project Manager and the Quality Control Manager.
    • Assist the Project Manager in providing day to day customer service to customer inquiries regarding equipment.
    • Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime.
    • Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management.
    • Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department.
    • Supervise Industrial Builders installation of company coolers.
    • Coordinate cooler installation requirements with General Contractor to help ensure safe installation and avoid equipment installation conflicts.
    • Must demonstrate and exhibit professional qualities when speaking with Industrial Builders, General Contractors, and company personnel, whether in a one-on-one scenario or a group setting.
    • Responsibilities will include planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
    • Work with IB to identify opportunities to streamline the installation process for future cooler installations.

    Requires: Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or ten to twelve years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
