- Top Pay: salary + incentive pay with total earning potential ranging from $45,000 to over $65,000

- Diagnose problems and determine repairs for construction equipment
- Repair, service, and assemble construction equipment
- Maintain and care for all shop tools, machines, and equipment
- Complete dis-assembly and inspection construction equipment, as efficiently as possible, so parts may be ordered and machine work can be scheduled promptly
- Maintain records and account for all time, parts, and supplies used in repairing and servicing construction equipment
- Participate in service training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge
- Maintain a clean and safe shop facility and environment
- Help the dealership by participating in special programs, such as sales of service packages, demonstration programs, etc
- Prior experience as a mechanic on construction equipment or similar mechanical trade
- Ability to perform basic repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following technical manual procedures
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license is required

As a Construction Equipment Technician, you will perform diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned construction equipment equipment.
