    CRNA Locum Opening in Central Illinois

    Join our team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at a Level I Trauma Center in Central Illinois.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced CRNA to provide anesthesia care to patients in a fast-paced Level I Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various types of surgical procedures, including blocks, regional, and OB cases.
    • Work collaboratively with the anesthesiology team to ensure safe and effective anesthesia care.
    • Provide pre-anesthesia evaluation and preparation of patients for surgery.
    • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed to maintain optimal patient safety.
    • Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

    Requirements:

    • Current certification as a CRNA by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
    • Board-certified in anesthesia.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience working in a Level I Trauma Center or similar setting is preferred.
