Administrative Assistant

New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. Peterborough facility is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to work in our Manufacturing Administration department.NHBB is working with Adecco, an on-site staffing agency at our Peterborough factory. Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
Pay: $20/hour -$25.00/hour

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the experience that you will bring with you to this busy position, will include:

Calendar management for Director of Operations: managing and maintaining the calendar, scheduling appointments for both internal and external customers, making travel arrangements etc.
Support of the Director and management team: directing correspondence, preparing a variety of report using various media, editing and finalizing presentations etc.
Coordinating meetings including arranging logistics, coordinating rooms and other resources.
Conduct research to prepare/compile reports and summaries, as needed.
Work closely with other administrative and support staff.
Work with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.

The skills that you have include:

A minimum of five (5) years of progressive administrative/office experience is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications especially with Excel and Powerpoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time-management skills, as well as strong organization and prioritization skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment with interruptions.
Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
Ability to be flexible within an environment of competing priorities; and a sense of humor.
