    Regional Sales Director, TOLA+

    Celona is looking for a highly expe

    rienced enterprise sales executive with experience in selling enterprise wireless technologies including Wi-Fi, cellular and preferably private wireless over CBRS.

    Customers are typically larger enterprises or mid-market organizations with increasing need to support production level mission-critical applications across their wireless infrastructure.

    The Celona delivery model is through channel partners.

    The role itself is a hybrid between direct sales engagement with the end customer (the primary role) and active engagement and co-operation with the preferred channel partner (the secondary role).

    This position will report directly to the SVP of Global Sales.
    The ideal candidate will be based within the

    TOLA region

    with 50-70% travel required for the role.

    The territory includes:
    TX, OK, AR, MS, AL, LA, GA, FL
    Requirements
    A demonstrable track record of running successful, complex sales campaigns into Global-2000 accounts and then converting new customer wins into multi million-dollar revenue streams
    An excellent working knowledge of IP Networking and preference will be given to those with knowledge of wireless technologies including Wi-Fi, cellular and preferably private networks over CBRS
    Experience selling into verticals including warehousing, logistics, mining, manufacturing and retail will be beneficial
    A self-starting, motivated salesperson who does not require constant instruction to make things happen.
    Technically proficient – comfortable presenting and discussing Celona technology without always having a pre-sales SE on hand

    We are looking for a highly successful, experienced sales hunter who is excited about the opportunity to evangelize market-changing technology.

    The candidate should be comfortable communicating directly with both executive and operational members of prospective end-user clients and with system integration and managed service provider partners who will be the delivery vehicle for Celona products and services in most instances.

    Candidates need to be motivated, proactive individuals, who are prepared to travel extensively within their region.
    Celona is a fast-moving start-up and experience working within such an environment is preferred.

    Candidates need to be driven self-starters who can think creatively, be able to wear many hats and be prepared to operate outside of their normal comfort zone.

    We are seeking someone who will not take no for an answer.
    Experience within the Oil and Gas verticals are a plus.
    Compensation for this role is between $260,000 - $300,000 On Target Earnings (base salary + commission).
