Ideal candidate will be liaison between GC ,engineers, developers ,owners and company owners.Ready to go to work day one .This position requires the ability of candidate to work at office 5 days weekJob SummaryThe Civil Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects .
The Project Manager oversees all aspects of projects from concept through commissioning.Sets deadlines, writes project scopes, basis of design, request for quotation, develops work breakdown structures, assigns responsibilities, monitors execution, and summarizes progress of project.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversees all aspects of projectsSets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors execution, and summarizes progress of projectPerform project management functions for plant improvement project including problem identification, solution options, estimates, time lines, bid requests, bid analysis, and construction managementPrepares reports for upper management regarding status of projectsProvides designs, calculations, specifications and drawings for processing plant improvement projectsProvide technical support as needed to operating sites including, equipment/process troubleshooting, equipment failure analysis, safety evaluations and process improvement evaluationsProvides document management and cost tracking functions for projectsEstablish long term cost profilesAdhere to all company, OSHA, and MSHA rules and regulations at all timeMeet or exceed company safety standardsPerform other job responsibilities as assigned by managementQualifications:5 years of related experience in building materials, aggregates, construction and logistics development a plusCompetent in latest versions of AutoCAD, Excel and word processing softwareKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesCompetent in mathematical calculationsAbility to understand engineering design drawingsExperienced in earthwork and site plan calculations, plan preparation and grading/construction oversightKnowledge in Concrete and Steel Design and Steel ErectionKnowledge in crushing, screening, and fines recovery system for aggregate plantsKnowledge in pump design for process water and solids.
