    About the Role

    The Lead plays a vital role in the success of our Central Processing Center. This individual will oversee employee productivity, evaluate job performance, and communicate job expectations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coach, counsel, and discipline employees as needed.
    • Train, coach, and develop the team through ongoing collaboration and leading by example.
    • Enforce systems, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
    • Maintain a clean and organized department to promote productivity.
    • Manage workflow by assigning responsibilities accordingly.
    • Oversee the safe use of equipment to prevent accidents.

    Requirements

    • 1 year of supervisory experience.
    • Friendly and helpful demeanor.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
    • 18 years of age or older.
    • Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
    • Team player with adaptability to change.
    • Technological literacy - iOS device experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
    • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with lifting, standing, and squatting requirements.

    Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum based on location and experience.
