- Oversee and maintains the provider's schedules ensuring daily staff schedules/coverage is appropriate for clinic visits.
- Exercises supervisory controls for employees related to time and attendance and work assignments.
- Coaches, trains, and evaluates staff monitors compliance, and spot checks staff performance.
- Ensures clinic staff is in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Reviews reports and assists staff with understanding the significance of the report information.
- Performs primary medical functions and directs patient care.
- Assesses staffing needs, maintains masterwork schedule, and makes staffing recommendations to management.
- Maintains the inventory of all clinic supplies.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:
Supervises the day-to-day administrative and clinical areas of assigned staff. Ensures established patient care, and operational/employee policies are upheld and maintained. Leads or mentors lower-level team members.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM with occasional extended hours.
Job Duties:
Education:
A High School diploma or GED is required.
Experience:
Three years of related experience is required. Experience working with full-cycle clinical operations is preferred. Ophthalmology Technician skills and experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
Supervisory Requirements:
