What You Can Expect:
- $19/hr. Starting Wage

Your Role: Field Support Specialist
Here's how you'll kickstart your career:
- Deliver essential parts to Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical Technicians on job sites.
- Maintain communication with the Warehouse Manager to ensure seamless support.
- Keep company trucks clean, organized, and stocked with necessary inventory.
- Participate in on-call rotations to serve our customers when they need us most.
- Support shop organization and cleanliness.
- Attend training sessions to develop professional skills and explore career paths in the trades.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A willingness to grow and learn.
- Previous experience in warehouse work, parts running, or trades is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- A team-player attitude and a desire to succeed in a growing, family-oriented business.
