    Key Responsibilities:

    Management of Enterprise Solutions:
    Oversees the operation, maintenance, and strategic improvement of enterprise systems and software applications

    Communicates feature and enhancement requests, builds and maintain workflows that take greatest advantage of efficiencies in each softwareplatform

    Work with team to develop automation and integration where possible and efficient
    Oversees management of users, permissions and configuration of VieMed's enterprise software

    Support for Internally Developed Software:
    Lead the support of software applications developed in-house
    Work closely with the Software Product team to understand application architecture and functionality

    Ensure that software applications are robust, scalable, secure and aligned with user needs and business goals

    Oversee troubleshooting, updates, and user support for these applications


    IS Strategy and Planning:
    Develop strategic plans for the IS department, aligning them with overall business goals
    Stay informed on new trends and advancements in information technology to drive continuous improvement

    Actively research solutions to enhance VieMed's ability to scale while minimizing manual work and processes.


    Team Leadership and Development:
    Manage the IS staff, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations
    Promote a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and efficiency


    Risk Management and Compliance:
    Implement policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance on all enterprise software systems
    Conduct regular risk assessments and audits, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards

    Budget Management and Resource Allocation:
    Manage the budget for the IS department, ensuring effective resource allocation for enterprise systems


    Stakeholder Communication:
    Serve as a key liaison between IT, other departments, and external stakeholders

    Clearly communicate IS strategies, projects, and technology-related matters to non-technical audiences


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

    Proven experience in managing enterprise software solutions within a healthcare environment

    Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
    Solid project management, organizational, and analytical skills
    Familiarity with current IT trends and developments, especially in healthcare technology solutions

    Professional certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, PMP are beneficial


    Working Conditions:
    Office-based role with standard working hours
    May require occasional after-hours work for system maintenance, updates, or emergency situations
