- Must posses a current valid Food handlers card, or be able to obtain one upon hire.
- Assist Lead/Kitchen Manager with proper receiving and putting away of deliveries according to proper HAACP protocols. Inform managers of any issues with delivery in a timely manner; (i.e-damaged goods delivered, missing items, etc.)
- Ability to safely lift a minimum of 45lbs from the floor to waist height repeatedly.
- One year minimum kitchen experience preferred but not necessary, will train the right candidate.
- Work as a team to prep items needed for your shift, and to think ahead beyond just the current day
- You will be cross trained to help and execute all stations to help ensure the kitchen is running smoothly, there is no "that's not my job" mentality here
- Follow proper closing and breakdown procedures to ensure the kitchen and equipment are well maintained.
- Report and equipment malfunction, food/cleaning inventory issues to Kitchen Manager in a timely manner to allow a prompt response and resolution to any issues.
- Be punctual and prepared to work on time.
