Q-mation is growing We're looking for experienced candidates who are ready to face the challenges presented by our manufacturing customers and their complex automation & information technology environments.

**Must have experience managing software development & implementation projects **

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Explain capabilities of Q-mation services and AVEVA products
• Work with customers to understand their needs and help them envision solutions
• Develop project plans and statements of work for a variety of services engagements for AVEVA software customers
• Assist with the efficient scheduling and assignment of resources to tasks and engagements
• Establish procedures, processes, tools, environments, etc. as needed for the project team to operate
• Secure and organize the availability of hardware, software, resources, information, etc. for the project team
• Organize and document tasks, assignments, meetings, decisions, etc.
• Direct, assist, and mentor the project team to be as efficient and effective as possible
• Anticipate, recognize, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes
• Oversee accurate and timely hours tracking, expense tracking, and invoicing for projects
• Track project progress and KPIs such as velocity, task and deliverable completion, estimated vs. actual hours, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years+ of project management experience in software application development or automation/integration
• Experience with manufacturing data and systems is a plus
