- Explain capabilities of Q-mation services and AVEVA products
- Work with customers to understand their needs and help them envision solutions
- Develop project plans and statements of work for a variety of services engagements for AVEVA software customers
- Assist with the efficient scheduling and assignment of resources to tasks and engagements
- Establish procedures, processes, tools, environments, etc. as needed for the project team to operate
- Secure and organize the availability of hardware, software, resources, information, etc. for the project team
- Organize and document tasks, assignments, meetings, decisions, etc.
- Direct, assist, and mentor the project team to be as efficient and effective as possible
- Anticipate, recognize, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes
- Oversee accurate and timely hours tracking, expense tracking, and invoicing for projects
- Track project progress and KPIs such as velocity, task and deliverable completion, estimated vs. actual hours, etc.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years+ of project management experience in software application development or automation/integration
- Experience with manufacturing data and systems is a plus
