    WORK SCHEDULE:
    MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:00am - 5:00pm (must be open to working overtime as needed to include weekends during peak season)


    We are a leader in the Staffing Industry looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our fast-paced, customer service-oriented team.

    At least 2 years of Staffing Industry or Human Resource Assistant


    Core responsibilities:
    You will assist walk-in applicants and conduct screening interviews, on-boarding coordinate interviews and dispatch associates.
    Bring your talents and experience to the position and grow them.
    Perform accurate data entry of employee information into the data base
    Make phone calls/answer phones to fill job orders

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bilingual in English/Spanish Preferred
    At least 2 years of Staffing Industry, Human Resource Assistant or interviewing experience
    Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and inter-personally
    Able to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients
    Excellent customer service and administrative organizational skills

    Proficient knowledge of desktop computers and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, and Internet Explorer), fax/scanner, copier, phones (voicemail) and other office equipment needed for the position function.

    Ability to process changes into database programs with few entry errors
    Looking for candidates with Stable Work History at least 2 years or more at each position (company).
