- 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in the real estate industry.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe's Creative Suite of products, particularly Photoshop and InDesign.
- Residential and/or commercial real estate marketing experience is an asset
- Degree and/or Certificate in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
- You have experience with project management, time management and execution of marketing collateral and you bring a knowledge of marketing campaigns and innovative solutions to your clients.
- You will be an integral member of the marketing team and a trusted advisor to the Marketing and Brokerage business
- You are confident in your ability to support a team of top-producing commercial real estate brokers through assisting to produce custom designed tour books, brochures, placemats, email blasts, postcards, pitches/presentations and more using the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office programs.
- You have strong planning and organizational skills and are highly effective at prioritizing numerous tasks at one time to see them through to completion
- You excel in your ability to communicate efficiently and effectively and maintain a versatile and adaptable approach to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- You are happy to speak in meetings and calls to update your team and clients on your work.
- You stay informed on the latest marketing trends & technology to help accelerate the success of your clients.
- You look for innovative ways to improve work process and content.
