    What are we looking for?

    We are seeking an experienced program management professional to drive strategic programs end-to-end for our product portfolio and contribute to the development of strong program planning and execution practices. This role can be based remotely and reports to the Sr. Director of Program Management.

    What will you do?
    • Kick-start & drive strategic programs related to the delivery and lifecycle of products.
    • Create program structures that align and empower cross-functional team leaders and stakeholders to achieve business goals successfully.
    • Manage program risk, issues and dependencies, reporting of program escalations and communications.
    • Develop common mechanisms for keeping key stakeholders informed on the portfolio progress, risks, and issues.
    • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the development of best practices and processes.
    • Lead mergers & acquisition (M&A) program management activities and post M&A integration processes.
    What skills and knowledge should you bring?
    • Demonstrated expertise supporting Mergers & Acquisitions within the Technology/SaaS sector.
    • 10+ years of progressive experience leading multiple complex enterprise software development programs.
    • 5+ years of experience managing SaaS programs.
    • Excellent influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome for the business.
    • Expertise in managing diverse stakeholder expectations, with a proven track record of making informed decisions and standing firm when necessary to drive project success.
    • Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences.
    • Ability to rally teams behind your execution plan, communicate a clear story of challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes.
    • Experience driving program planning and execution in an Agile/Scrum based environment, balancing the desire of date driven business outcomes and prioritization-based development outcomes.
    • Strong problem solving skills using data informed decision making.

    This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some

    locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

    Base Salary Range

    $176,000 - $242,000 USD
