- Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly, treating a variety of conditions and illnesses.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans for patients.
- Conduct routine check-ups and health screenings.
- Diagnose and treat chronic and acute illnesses, provide immunizations, manage diabetes and hypertension, and other health issues.
- Attend and actively participate in department meetings, conferences, and educational events.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including medical records, progress notes, and billing information.
- Educate patients and their families on wellness, disease prevention, and other health-related issues.
- Act as a mentor and provide guidance to medical residents, students, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in clinical research and quality improvement projects to advance the field of family medicine.
- Adhere to all hospital and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- Medical and Medicare-certified
- Current, unrestricted medical license in the state of California.
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and procedural skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Office Ally preferred
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality.
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
