    Role: Clinical Research Coordinator 1


    About the Position


    As a Clinical Research Coordinator I, you will play a crucial role in managing various tasks essential to our clinical research studies. It is vital to have a solid understanding of clinical research activities and comply with relevant regulations. Your responsibilities include ensuring protocol compliance, identifying issues, and monitoring subject progress.

    You will report to the Clinical Operations Manager in a non-exempt capacity.

    Main Responsibilities:


    - Coordinate clinical trials following FDA and GCP guidelines
    - Understand and enforce SOPs for the research study
    - Acquire in-depth knowledge of study protocols and procedures
    - Communicate effectively with sponsors, CROs, IRBs, and other stakeholders
    - Advise on protocols and procedures to ensure study success
    - Report any adverse events promptly and accurately
    - Maintain compliance and accurate documentation
    - Exhibit flexibility, willingness to go beyond assigned tasks, and work collaboratively

    Skills and Qualifications:


    - Medical/Clinical background or strong medical terminology knowledge
    - Clinical experience is a plus
    - Ability to conduct clinical and diagnostic tests preferred
    - Independent, detail-oriented, and able to exercise good judgment
    - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and office equipment
    - Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
    - Excellent task management and prioritization abilities
