Your responsibilities include:
Obstetric Care:
Providing prenatal care, overseeing labor and delivery, and supporting new mothers through the postpartum period.
You#ll monitor the health of both mother and baby, addressing any concerns or complications that may arise during pregnancy and childbirth.
Gynecologic Care:
Offering preventive screenings, such as Pap smears and pelvic exams, to detect early signs of gynecologic conditions. You#ll diagnose and treat a wide range of gynecologic issues, including menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, and reproductive system cancers.
Family Planning Services:
Counseling patients on contraception options and family planning strategies tailored to their individual needs and preferences. You#ll empower women to make informed decisions about their reproductive health and contraceptive choices.
Menopausal Management:
Supporting women through the transition to menopause by addressing symptoms such as hot flashes, vaginal dryness, and mood changes.
