Job summary
We are seeking a Patient Access Representative ED who will greet patients and guests in a courteous manner, initiate scheduling an appointment or complete the check-in process/admission for patients, obtain and verify accurate identification and demographic data for the patient's permanent medical record.

- Create, activate, and complete the patient scheduling clinic registration hospital admission process.
- Ensures all required forms are completed other paperwork/documents are gathered accurate.
