As a Clinical Manager at our Behavioral Health Center, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming inpatient behavioral healthcare.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee clinical and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Develop and coordinate community outreach programs in collaboration with clinical staff.
    • Ensure timely patient access to services and handle related financial counseling.
    • Manage business office aspects, billing compliance, and data collection for quality improvement.
    • Coordinate site surveys and compliance efforts with regulatory agencies.
    • Contribute to policy development, daily operations, process improvements, and staff engagement.
    • Provide clinical expertise, supervise treatment staff, and ensure program standards are met.

    Requirements:

    • Master's Degree in social work, clinical counseling, or related field.

    Languages:

    • Must hold relevant certifications as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of five (5) years as a therapist or counselor.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Manual dexterity for computer tasks, physical strength for patient handling, and ability to stand and walk frequently.
    • Normal vision, hearing, and speech abilities.

    Personal Protective Equipment:

    • Compliance with Standard Precautions and use of required protective equipment.
