The City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) Wellness Centers provide counseling case management and other social services to support students in maintaining their personal well-being.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates activities of front office providing customer service performing clerical administrative referral services duties to support delivery of mental health wellness services.
- Screens clients assessing needs identifies required resources connects them with appropriate staff makes referrals arranges appointments schedules events maintains records verifies eligibility tracks client progress monitors program effectiveness ensures compliance adheres confidentiality protocols handles confidential documents phone calls mailings follows established policies procedures regulations guidelines requirements procedures standards rules laws rules directives directives introduced by Federal State Local agencies government authorities public bodies agencies boards commissions organizations law enforcement agencies regulatory agencies etc.
