- Perform centralized control testing duties to ensure quality and timely completion of control testing activities.
- Execute testing of RCSA controls based on internal and industry standards and guidelines for design and effectiveness.
- Manages control testing activities related to coordinating control walkthroughs, documentation requests, preparing testing workpapers and other tasks to ensure the overall integrity and quality of the work product.
- Assists with preparing reports that summarize control testing objectives, scope, and conclusions.
- Facilitate interactions with various key business stakeholders and risk functions within the First Line of Defense to evaluate and tests the adequacy of business processes and practices with respect to risks, controls, and regulatory requirements and to identifying gaps and issues.
- Maintains a high level of awareness and knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements. Supports Compliance Management in developing, implementing, and maintaining an enterprise-wide Compliance Program and a culture of compliance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Legal
- 4+ years of experience in Compliance, Financial Services, Risk, and/or BSA/AML
- 6+ years of experience in Testing, Quality Assurance, and/or Audit
- In Lieu of Education Experience 8+ years' experience in compliance, financial services, Risk, BSA/AML or related including testing, quality assurance or audit
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager

Responsibilities
Responsible for assessing first-line business processes and controls used to monitor and test for adherence with federal and state regulatory requirements. The role collaborates with management to identify compliance issues and corrective action plans, and communicates the scope and severity of concerns identified to the applicable level of management. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
