    Job Title: Part-Time School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) Opportunity in Norristown, PA

    Location: Norristown, Pennsylvania

    Type: Part-Time, On-Site

    Position Overview:

    Are you a dedicated Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact on students' lives? Join our team in a part-time capacity and enjoy a flexible schedule while helping students thrive in their educational environment. You'll work closely with students, providing targeted occupational therapy services to enhance their educational experience and quality of life.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough assessments of students' functional abilities to identify areas for intervention.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs and goals.
    • Provide hands-on therapy sessions to enhance students' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities within the school setting.
    • Collaborate with teachers, school nurses, special education staff, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal student outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Current license to practice occupational therapy in Pennsylvania.
    • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting, especially with diverse student populations including autism, CP, and developmental delays, is preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
    • A commitment to delivering compassionate, student-centered care.
