Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring LPNs
Shift: Part-time, 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm
At Hilltop Park Post Acute, compassion is at the heart of everything we do. We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence, and we have 2 large rehab gyms If you're passionate about providing exceptional care and want to be part of a team that values integrity, teamwork, and a positive atmosphere, we would love to hear from you
What to expect:
Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments

Successful Candidates:
Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO
Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus
Rate Range - $30-$40/hour
