Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to personalized care plans and physician orders
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery

To thrive in this role:

• Hold current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
