    THIS IS AN X-RAY TECHNICIAN NEED FOR THE OPERATING ROOM. IV POWER INJECTOR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.

    Please check the job posting requirements for the 14 panel drug screen and make sure your agency can run this ENITRE panel (within 24hrs of offer acceptance) BEFORE you upload your traveler to this need (Negative 14 panel (10 panel expanded) MUST include and list out all of the following : Amphetamines (including methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Barbituates, Benzodiazepines, Cocaine Metabolite, Opiates (including codeine, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone), Phencyclidine, Methadone, Methaqualone, Propoxyphene, Buprenorphine and 6-Acetylmorphine (MUST be listed on all results).     As of 1/1/2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance. Welle - (Verbal De-escalation bundle training required) OR CPI - OR PMCS -

    Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).


    8hrs non-billable orientation
    OT, Holiday multiplier: 1.25%

    • Min. 1 year CURRENT XRay experience; - THIS IS AN X-RAY TECH FOR THE OPERATING ROOM
    • IV POWER INJECTOR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
    • Operating room experience strongly preferred
    • Previous/Current travel experience strongly encouraged
    • NYS license & ARRT (R)
    • Cerner EMR
    Profile Requirements:
    • Work History
    • Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
    • 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
    • License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY State Rad Tech License, ARRT and BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
    Permanent address must be included in profile. Address must match Driver License/State ID. Address will be validated during compliance process.
    Travelers from the following counties in New York will not be considered for travel assignments at Glens Falls (Perm address must be included in profile):
