    Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Manager responsible for our client's firm in Miami, FL.

    This position is to Assist the Director of Attorney Recruiting with firmwide attorney recruiting in addition to executing the Summer Associate program.

    Essential FunctionsAssist with the sourcing and recruiting of entry-level and junior Associates.
    Manage firmwide law school student recruiting efforts including the Summer Associate program and the UM Practicum Program.

    Cultivate and maintain relationships and provide a visible, effective presence within the attorney recruiting community with career placement professionals at law schools, students on campus as needed during fall recruiting, professional industry organizations, search firm contacts and other career services professionals.

    Review application materials for all attorney candidates and determine viability.
    Handle escalated recruiting-related inquiries and issues to ensure timely, fair, and consistent outcomes.

    Help plan and coordinate the onboarding and orientation program for summer associates, interns, first-year and lateral Associates, and Partner hires.

    Assist with administrative tasks such as interview scheduling, greeting candidates, and expense reimbursements during peak interview seasons.
    Education And ExperienceBachelors degree required.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal recruiting.
    Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
    Strong service orientation and an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with attorneys and business professional staff.
    Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
    Ability to manage multiple projects with specific deadlines and adjust to professionally changing priorities.
    Strong organizational and project management skills.
    Ability to use initiative and judgment to accomplish results.
    High proficiency in viDesktop, Leopard Solutions, LinkedIn and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
    Ability to work independently and with a team.
    Strong attention to detail.
