- Assisting the Commercial Business Lending effort by communicating with both internal and external customers
- Processing account verifications and assisting with the preparation of written correspondence
- Ordering title insurance, UCC searches, surveys, and collateral inspections.
- Working with loan officers to assess, obtain, verify, and track proof of insurance on loan collateral
- Preparing documents for loan originations, renewals, extensions, and modifications
- Processing loan advances, payments, and account transfers for clients.
- Organizing, preparing, and maintaining loan file information to ensure compliance and quality of loan documentation
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Basic computer and spreadsheet skills
- The ability to analyze and interpret data in order to draw conclusions and make recommendations
- The ability to late and/or flexible hours
- Commercial lending experience
