    Leak Technician

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Leak Technician to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for resolving pool leaks with remarkable service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.

    About the Role:

    This is a full-time position that offers incredible pay and benefits, plus a family-oriented and fun environment. You will have the opportunity to earn up to $75,000 per year, based on your sales performance and experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Resolve pool leaks with exceptional service and attention to detail
    • Develop strong relationships with customers, providing them with a WOW experience
    • Meet or exceed sales targets, earning commissions on successful resolutions
    • Work independently, using technology and resources provided to succeed

    Requirements:

    • Driver's License (Required)
    • Experience in sales and/or customer service
    • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with power tools
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Tech-savviness, comfortable using technology for daily tasks
    • Self-discipline, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
    • Organized and dependable, with excellent time management skills

    Physical Demands & Work Environment:

    • Ability to swim and remain underwater for extended periods (up to 12 feet)
    • Ability to move/lift/push/pull/carry items weighing over 100 pounds
    • Capacity to maneuver around tight spaces, uneven surfaces, and climb stairs
    • Perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions, exposed to environmental elements and chemicals

    Location:

    RED RHINO has 10 locations throughout Florida. This role may require occasional travel for business purposes, with the company covering related expenses and overnight accommodations.

    Estimated Salary:

    $50,000 - $75,000 per year, based on sales performance and experience.
