    Job Description

    LHH is looking for an experienced paralegal for a full-time contract position in Charlotte, NC. Experience in Personal Injury or litigation is a big plus. The role involves drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence, general file management, attorney calendar and schedule management, proactive problem-solving, and other assigned tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive and helpful attitude. This is an in-office position, not remote.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of paralegal experience
    • Strong computer proficiency, especially in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • High accuracy and attention to detail in proofreading, typing, and client billing
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to work independently
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset

    Pay: $30-$32/hr.
