    Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
    Personnel Services Unlimited is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Shelby, NC. This long-term opportunity could lead to a permanent hire. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and pay is $16.00 per hour.Responsibilities Include:
    • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone or email.
    • Maintain positive client relationships as the primary contact.
    • Stay updated on products, services, and customer service policies.
    • Resolve client disputes and issues efficiently.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and provide support to clients regarding various needs.
    Job Skills and Requirements:
    • 3+ years of client service experience or equivalent.
    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to create/update various documents.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.
    • Ability to manage time efficiently, make decisions, and maintain professionalism in stressful situations.
