My client, a growing healthcare technology company, is seeking a Call Center Manager for its high-volume environment.
This newly created role, overseeing 35 agents (domestic and international), will focus on overseeing daily operations of the Practice and Patient Support departments, developing KPI's, implementing best practices and cultivate relationships with internal customers, DME reps and medical providers.
