A minimum of 3 years as an Implementation Specialist or 5 years of project management experience in credit union, banking, accounting, or similar work history in the financial services industry
Able to drive and/or fly and drive to client sites to meet their needs
Ability to perform overnight travel in up to 1-week increments, as sales demand requires
Responsibilities

As a Sr Project manager, you will be responsible for the development of detailed project plans for credit union onboarding and extension projects, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering successful projects on time and within scope.

This includes managing multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to project closure
The underlying goal for each project is to meet or exceed company business strategies and customer expectations

This is a customer-oriented role and the tasks will include resolving complex customer implementation issues while maintaining a professional, positive, "can do" attitude.

Teamwork skills are also important, as it is often necessary to determine needs with other functional team members and coordinate work appropriately
Work closely with key internal stakeholders, from Sales to Customer Success, to understand client business requirements and use cases to effectively plan and execute successful deployment objectives
Act as a liaison interacting with senior level contacts among clients, vendors, and the internal Professional Services team
Plan, organize, and lead meetings that facilitate project execution and communication for highly complex projects
Track project timelines updating the team with status reports to meet and exceed projected metrics
Establish, validate, enhance, and communicate project deliverables for the client to achieve success post-implementation
Follow and enhance installation standards, project plans, templates, tools, and related documentation to ensure a high level of success during the implementation process
Proactively communicate progress and any potential problems to manager for awareness and/or resolution
Conduct post-project review of success and be able to adjust future deliverables and templates based on past projects
Leverage lessons learned regarding client implementation experiences to assist in developing and refining implementation processes and documentation
Continuously help design, improve, document, and maintain project processes
Mentor other less experienced Project Managers, from new hire onboarding thru project delivery
Starting range is $75,000 - $95,000 annually, and is commensurate with experience

We are also very open to remote work for more experienced candidates familiar with our software, or have extensive credit union experience, with the understanding that travel to the office may occasionally be required for in-person meetings.

• Preferred B.A. or B.S. Degree in relevant field or equivalent prior work experience and training
• Preferred PMP certification and/or other industry and project management certification
