- Accepts bets and parlay cards and writes tickets on allsporting events from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Receivessport or parlay tickets from customers and pays customers who present winningtickets.
- Maintains and balances a till for use in issuing and redeemingtickets.
- Maintain a neat and well-stocked window for nextshift.
- Responsible for processingtransactions accurately and maintaining accurate reconciliations.
- Must be awareof all Title 31 procedures and logging. Must know all terms and conditionspertaining to sports wagering.
- Must be fully aware of all lines and odds in theSports Book.
- Remain alert to any peculiar betting patterns and report suchevents to the Sports Book Supervisor.
- Ensurescompliance with all regulatory controls of the Pennsylvania Gaming ControlBoard.
- Promotes superior guest service.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year related experience and/ortraining; or equivalent combination of education and experience in high volumecash operations.
- Must be able tocommunicate well with the public.
- Must be able towork with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmeticfunctions.
- Must be able to qualify for andmaintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
- Must havethorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.
