We are currently seeking a skilled Hot Pit Loader Operator with experience in heavy equipment operation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating a front-end loader for tasks involving the excavation and transportation of hot materials.

Ensure all fluid levels are checked before operating the equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the loader both internally and externally.
Perform routine maintenance including lubrication and refueling.
Report any required parts or supplies for repairs.
Adhere to all Safety Operating Guidelines.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
1 - 3 years of experience as a heavy equipment operator.
Capable of manual labor in outdoor environments, including elevated areas and extreme weather conditions.
Strong communication skills and ability to interpret operating instructions.
Proactive approach to safety and proficiency in team environments.
Prior experience as a Loader Operator.
Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
Strong work ethic, self-motivated.
Knowledge of operating various heavy equipment.
Proficiency in equipment inspection, maintenance, and cleaning standards.
Ability to work independently while adhering to safety protocols.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in hot and cold outdoor conditions.
Capacity to work in a busy and sometimes distracting environment.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted occasionally.
Capability to sit or stand for extended periods.
