    Required licensing and training covered at 100%.ABOUT THIS POSITIONThe Maintenance Engineer performs building repairs and maintenance tasks, including basic preventive maintenance to the building structure and systems, including light maintenance and cleaning.

    They help promote a culture and demonstrate leadership that is committed to sustainability and strategic energy management.

    Essential Functions include but are not limited to:
    Performs general maintenance and repairs on assigned buildingsChanges lighting fixturesOrders lighting and plumbing equipment and suppliesPerforms odd jobs for tenants (e.g. including moving furniture, hanging photos)Performs other maintenance tasks as directed by work ordersParticipates in the Engineering on-call scheduleDrives company vehicle, as neededABOUT YOUDo you have the skills and meet the qualifications below?     Physical Activities and Requirements of this PositionFinger Dexterity:

    Average Hearing:
    Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information

    Repetitive Motions:
    Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands, and/or fingers

    Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery

    Physical Strength:
    Work requires occasional lifting of 50-75 lbs. and routine lifting of 25 lbs.

    Language Ability:
