- Dedicated staff include Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, sleep technologists, clerical support and Manager.
- The office is open Monday thru Friday from 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

- Ascension Providence Hospital, Novi Campus is located in one of the most desirable areas in Michigan. - The physician will be expected to assess patients, order and interpret studies, document results in EMR, communicate findings to referring physicians and show willingness to work as an integral member of the healthcare team.

Required Credential(s):
• Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Michigan Board of Medicine obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
Preferred Credential(s):
• Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Education:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.
