    Description

    Overview

    KORT is the leading provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy in Kentucky, focusing on orthopedics, sports, and industrial medicine. With over three decades of experience, KORT delivers top-notch clinical care to patients across various settings.

    Starting compensation ranges from $68,000 to $75,000 annually, inclusive of a $4200 annual student debt relief program and a potential $10,000 sign-on bonus. Once onboarded, employees may also receive additional bonuses for staff and clinical development.

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services following established guidelines and company policies
    • Create treatment plans, oversee assistants and aides, participate in case management, and ensure exceptional patient care
    • Cultivate positive relationships with facilities and clients, bolstering client satisfaction and engagement
    • When permissible by state regulations, maintain accurate medical documentation using approved terminology and formats

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualification:

    • Hold a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited university
    • Possess professional licensure in the State of Indiana
    • Completion of an outpatient clinical rotation (if no outpatient experience)
    • Recent outpatient experience within the past three years (for practicing clinicians)
    • Mandatory CPR certification
