Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to empathize with customers and maintain professionalism in challenging situations. Previous experience in billing, collections, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in navigating payment portals and using billing software is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a bonus.
